Harvest Moon VdF Rouge 2024 Venturini Baldini Forks and Knives RedAn organic red from Roussillon made with Grenache Noir and Mourvdre grown on clay and stone soils. The fruit is hand harvested and co fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, with whole bunch Mourvdre layered under destemmed Grenache. After a short maceration, the wine finishes fermentation in tank and rests for 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel and fiberglass.
