Akashi Blended Whisky content ready Over one hundred years laterOriginally a sake producer, the White Oak distillery obtained their whisky license in 1919. The distillery is located in the city of Akashi in the neighborhood of Eigashima on the shore of Seto inland sea just west of Kobe, an area with a mild, stable climate. Crafted from 70% corn, 30% lightly peated, crisp UK malt and natural spring water, Eigashima Shuzo "Akashi" White Oak Aged Japanese Whisky is distilled in their custom built lantern shaped
