The "duck bills" these dinosaurs are known for were not actually beaks but hundreds of small teeth, helping them chew through even the toughest vegetation. This specimen is a fossilized bone section from the Kritosaurus genus of the Hadrosaurid family. It measures 1. 993" and dates to around 77 million years ago.
