Fleurie Grille-Midi 2022 Bigardo “This is the first yearSourced from a parcel in the renowned Grille Midi vineyard, known for its 50 year old vines planted on pink granite soil. The grapes are organically farmed by Thibault himself and are hand harvested before undergoing traditional whole bunch carbonic maceration. This is followed by spontaneous fermentation and 8 months of aging on fine lees in old barriques. With no fining, no filtration, and only a minimal addition of sulfur at bottling, this wine
