Denmark, Kingdom. An Order Of The Dannebrog, Grand Cross Star, C.1965 Archive They were gifted to Seyß-Inquart(Dannebrogordenen). Instituted in 1671. Austrian made, cross in silver gilt with red and white enamels, mounted to an eight pointed star base, each star point with seven emanating rays, measuring 84 mm (w) x 87 mm (h), vertical pinback, intact enamels, missing its Royal monogram in the centre of the cross as evidenced by the remaining adhesive residue, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of the Dannebrog is a Danish order of chivalry instituted
