Germany, Ss. A Waffen-Ss Reversible “B” Pattern Oak Leaf Camouflage Hood Archive Cross dated 1939 on reverse(SS Topfhaube). An extremely well preserved Waffen SS reversible hood, constructed of multiple pieces of padded cotton rayon blend, held together by machine stitching. The exterior presents with a B pattern oak leaf camouflage motif, printed with a machine rolled dye, for use in autumn conditions. The opposite side presents in a plain white for use in winter conditions. The hood is flanked on each side by an ear opening, reinforced with machine
