Constructed of dark navy blue wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered gold bullion wire German State Crown, with streamers of identical construction emanating from the lower edge, in turn situated above a tri colour cockade with a red wool centrepiece, the reverse retaining an intact cotton twill liner, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue, in uniform
