Description

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in a mix of old barrels and concrete

a buoyant wine that will lift up your palate rather than weigh it down

A nicely balanced and structured white with a bit of funk

medium tannins

but also has enough structure to enjoy with a heftier meal

Mataroa Orange 2018 Granacha Fermented with native yeasts andA lack of manipulation and few days of skin contact allows the Greek terroir to show its true expression in this orange wine. We get lemon and vibrant citrus on the nose. Full and rich palate followed by a long honey aftertaste.
