Germany, Wehrmacht. A Close Combat Clasp, Silver Grade, Third Pattern Fluted Pin Variant by Friedrich Linden Archive with some oxidation and tarnish(Nahkampfspange in Silber). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an square oak leaf wreath, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a mobile swastika, situated above a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, overlaying a magnetic metal backplate, flanked on each side by four rays and four leaves with two acorns, the reverse with a crimped hinge and fluted banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch emanating from a crimped base,
