F." (Republique Franaise) on the centrepiece, the centrepiece ring inscribed "CONSEIL MUNICIPAL", the insignia framed by a wreath, surmounted by a crown and backed by a fasces, measuring 32. 2 mm (w) x 49 mm (h), with slider, intact enamels, extremely fine.
