Germany, SS. A Race and Settlement Main Office Personnel Sleeve Diamond Province of China boats in the sea(SS rmelraute fr Rasse und Siedlungshauptamt). Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Odal rune, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), demonstrating some deterioration to the threading of the lower right section of the rune, with minor loss of its backer, in better than very fine condition.
