Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed starburst, bearing a central rosette situated within a circular laurel leaf wreath, with crossed swords piercing the centrepiece, the reverse with barrel hinge and wide vertical pinback meeting a flattened and rounded catch, with a classic
