Royal Quiet DeLuxe Two Tone Typewriter and Case c.1948 Lounge Chairs A collection of 26 smallABOUT A vintage Royal Quiet DeLuxe typewriter in two tone crinkle finish. Shell re designed by Henry Dreyfuss, Squared shell, grey and black with oval chrome inserts for front levers. Keytops changed in this typewriter from round glass to "tombstone" glass with chromed rims. Original case with Bakelite handle. CREATOR Royal Typewriter Company. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c. 1948. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Steel, Metal, Nickel, Glass, Bakelite. CONDITION Good.
