In silver, consisting of eight arms, each composed of a cluster of faceted rays, with a white enameled eight armed star with Thunder Clouds in each quadrant, obverse centre presenting a yellow enameled banner on white and blue enameled background, blue enameled rays radiating from centre medallion, reverse officially numbered 2265, measuring 57 mm (w) x 58 mm (h inclusive of ring), with enamel loss, good
