In silver with red and white enamels, gilt cypher of Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 40. 5 mm (w) x 41. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, crown suspension, crazing evident in the white enamels on the reverse centrepiece ring, otherwise the enamels are intact, on an original ribbon with hook and eye, near extremely fine.
