Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a raised and rightward facing profile of King Kaiser Wilhelm I, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse bearing a central dedication to Infanterie Regiment 62 (Oberschlesien), situated within a circular oak leaf wreath, the obverse engraver marked with the dedication of Friedrich Wilhelm Kullrich, Berlin, measuring 32. 72
