Two piece construction, in frosted silver with red and blue enamels, marked "PRAHA" (Prague), hallmarked with a goat's head above the number "3" (900 silver), marked "900" (silver) and number engraved "119" on the reverse, measuring 53 mm (w) x 66. 8 mm (h), maker marked "ZUKOV PRAHA XI" on the screwback, chipping evident in the red enamels on the star point at 2: 30, very fine.
