with a silver gilded figure of Mary of Bethlehem surrounded by an enameled blue border inscribed EQ ORDO SM DE BETHLEHEM (Equestrian Order of Saint Mary of Bethlehem) also in silver gilt

It features a flat canister-style crown of separate construction
