Constructed of fine quality twisted and rolled golden bullion wires to form the head, body, and wings of the eagle, as well as the mobile wreathed swastika, with golden celluloid accents on the wings and wreath to give definition, on a dark blue wool backer, with a white cotton backer on the reverse; measuring 92 mm x 39 mm; an uniform removed example; in good condition.
