2025 St Hubert's Limited Release Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir Format:Single Bottle The wine spent over 7This single vineyard wine was sourced from Coolart Creek property at Merricks on the Mornington Peninsula. A mix of around 50: 50 667 and Pommard clones were handpicked and partially destemmed, leaving around 20% whole bunches in the open pot ferment. Pressed off to French oak (just before dryness) for a little barrel fermentation then further matured on lees. NOSE Perfumed, complex and layered. Dark pastels, cherries and raspberry jam. Graphite,
