A July 5Th 1944 Issue Of “The Stars And Stripes” Archive dated March 28An issue of The Stars and Stripes, the Daily Newspaper of U. S. Armed Forces in the European Theater of Operations. 4 pages, they measure 307x450mm, very fine condition with folding creases, fraying around the edges, and a few tears. This issue is volume 4, no. 209, from July 5, 1944. Most of the articles are about U. S. operations in France in the wake of D Day. The newspaper exists to this day.
