In bronze gilt, a smooth five pointed multi rayed star with ball finials, the obverse with a superposed enameled white medallion exhibiting a Chilean escutcheon in red and blue enamels, the plain reverse, measuring 49. 53 mm (w) x 48. 24 mm (h inclusive of integral ring), presenting bent tips for wearing, suspended by original red ribbon with horizontal
