Constructed of silver gilt and multi coloured enamels, consisting of a five pointed white and green enamelled Maltese star with ball finials and with multiple rays protruding from the center of the award between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a central medallion bearing an ornate crown in a field of light blue enamels, surrounded by a ring decorated with a green enamelled laurel and oak wreath, the reverse with a large
