A circular bronze medal, measuring 30. 44 mm in diameter, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, with hook and eye, accompanied by the case of issue, in black cardstock, measuring 62 mm (w) x 111 mm (l) x 17 mm (h), and in overall near extremely fine condition.
