Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edge with silver aluminum wire tresses, bearing a machine embroidered silver grey inscription of HERMANN GRING, the reverse featuring a black cotton liner, unmarked, measuring 4. 5 cm (w) x 46 cm (l), in unissued and near mint condition.
