Sourced from untrained, centenarian vines tended by Envnate and local families, the wine marries ancient methods with wild, Atlantic inflected energy. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in a mix of old barrels and concrete, its bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with just a whisper of sulfur.
