In bronze gilt, marked "" on the obverse, measuring 36 mm in diameter, fasces style suspension, rosette in silvered bronze with red, white and blue enamels, along with a lacquered finish, affixed to an alternate version ribbon with pinback, edge nicks, light contact, accompanied by its 35 mm (w) x 13 mm (h) ribbon bar with pinback, better than very fine. Footnote: The medal was awarded from 1939 to 1945
