A silver medallion, the obverse centre presenting the right facing bust of Ludwig III, surrounded by his name and title, the reverse centre presents the outline of a 1914 Iron Cross, circumscribed by the inscription FELDZUG GEGEN FRANKREICH, RUSSLAND, ENGLAND U. S. W., measuring 33. 64 mm in diameter, and in very fine condition.
